A couple of years ago, I bought my first embroidery machine at Sew Bizz. They set up classes to show me how to use my machine. They have been so helpful in so many ways. They work with me, making sure I understand features on my machine. I go to Sew Bizz at least once a month to participate in the embroidery club classes. These are fantastic for learning new designs, new features, new products and for fellowshipping with other embroiders. I love Sew Bizz, I highly recommend them. more

The BEST customer service and machine repair in the area!!!!! 7/2/2008

This shop is quite possibly the BEST in the business. The customer service is outstanding and the knowledge that Carol has is beyond belief!!! All the customers are given "more than adquate" help with their new machines. The fabrics are the best quaity available in this area. And not only is the quality the best, but the selection is out of this world!!! Pros: Customer Service, quality machines and fabric more
