this dental office is very disappoint to me, the reason because this is located a very nice neighborhood, but very unprofessional service. #1 very rude front desk #2 this office DENTIST= BUSINESS MAN. this is my personal experience: dentist put a filling on my cavity, then made felt very discomfort for 2 weeks, i finally returned to have check up, another dentist told me that maybe the sensitive, recommend me to buy some different tooth paste and rinse. but still not work. then i came back to have check up again. unbelievable, that dentist told me that i have to do the root canal and crown, because the filling is too closer to the nerve. MR. DENTIST BUSINESS MAN let me tell what the money is only a subject, but my healthy teeth is gone, no more, do you understand ""no more"". i think any kind government official should investigate the dentist ethnic code and some very business man behavior. PLEASE DO NOT BE A VICTIM CUSTOMER, i will not return to this office any more.............. more

I dreaded coming for my monthly check up for braces, thats how much i disliked this clinic. This place has THE WORST customer service. the front desk receptionists have the worse attitude and makes you never want to come back. they look miserable. Every time i would come in to get my braces check, the assistants would work on me while having a conversation and laughing to surrounding people, in spanish which is very rude because i dont speak one word of spanish. the orthodontist on the other hand was incredible there, super friendly and nice. but the rest of the office is terrible. I also did not like the dentist or hygienist. I had gingivitis and the hygienist just cleaned my teeth, but didnt even inform me on how to take care of my teeth and gums. They make you feel unwelcome, rushes you out the door, and make you feel uncomfortable. I would never recommend this place to any of my friends or family members more

I agree 100% with the previous review. They bill insurance companies for treatments they never performed, and even make patients pay the costly copayments of these phantom treatments. The staff is not to be trusted. They are obviously trained to deceive you. In one word, CROOKS!!! I already requested an investigation, and everybody that has been victimized there should do the same. Absolutely horrible service at this dental office, the staff lacks basic communication skills and they are extremely deceiving. On (2) separate occasions when I asked the price before the service I was told one price then when making the payment they increased the cost without any type of warning during the procedure. They add on items to their final billings, this office needs to be investigated. They leave you with a bad feeling because you cannot trust them. more
