Happy Once Again 8/31/2011

I have been with State Farm since I was 16. My first Agent sad to say retired. I then went with the Agent my father had chosen and sad to say I was very unhappy. I decided I have choices I can either go with another agent or I can leave State Farm. Needless to say I didnt want to leave State Farm. I noticed driving home one day that a State Farm agent was right around the corner from my work. In speaking with Seth and his staff who were friendly as well as knowledgeable. Ever time I call with a question they are always available to answer any question or concern that I may have. Thank you Seth Preus and staff for doing business in my neighborhood. more

Outstanding Office 8/9/2010

Very helpful office. I usually deal with Seth's team (either Wendy or Shanna). I once had an issue that I need Seth's help with. He not only took care of it the same day, but gave me his personal cell phone number in case I had any follow-up questions. Highly recommended. more

The staff at Seth Preus' State Farm office are very helpful, and go that extra mile to answer questions - and you don't have to have had an accident for them to talk to you, either. more
