This company rates an absolute zero for customer service. They get a zero for speedy work. They get another zero for customer service. In fact, I can't think of anything positive to say about them at all. My condo association called ServPro of East Bellevue over a leak from my condo to the unit below. It was an extremely minor leak of less than five minutes. Even so, it took Servpro two days to set up fans and run them. Then they billed me an exorbitant amount...over $1000, including ... I KID YOU NOT... $100 FOR 'PROFIT' AND ANOTHER $100 FOR 'OFFICE OVERHEAD.' As if those costs weren't already included in their very, very high rates! I also could not get an estimate from either Marlene or Jack Farnsworth, the owners. I just got a lot of evasions, and 'we'll call you back."" I would never have ordered this company's work, if it were up to me. In fact, I refused to allow them into my unit and hired someone else. When I complained that I would have to get consumer protection agencies involved, Marlene said, and I quote: ""Go ahead, they will just laugh at you."" \r
NIce one, Marlene! That's the way to treat customers!
