Stay way from Phil the manager at ESP Services. For that matter, stay way for ESP Services the company. This company sold my wife and I a new air conditioning and heating system four years ago. Service men from ESP Services have been back and forth to my house dozens of times. These service men have attempted to repair wiring problems, component problems, leaking problems, and so on and so on. In the first year, the air conditioning drain line leaked all over my house ceiling. I was stuck with the repair bill. I had spoke with Phil about this problem. I got the deer in the head lights treatment. I never would recommend Phil the manager at ESP Services or ESP Services the company to anyone needing an air conditioning or heating system installed or serviced. Sincerely, David Jenson more

This co installed a whole house unit and maintained it for 7 years. The last year we have had a few minor problems. The last two visits were by a new service man and he found a new problem each time. But my main complaint comes from the ruining of the compressor. The compressor went out and when I called the "home insurance" co to fix it, I was told it wasn't covered. The problem was maintenance....the folter was so clogged it ruined the compressor. BUT ESP HAD DONE IT'S ANNUAL CHECKUP JUST TWO MONTHS AGO. This new service man had found another problem, but DID NOT MENTION THE FILTER. I'm out $700, because they fouled up the annual maintenance. more

We had some serious HVAC issues, the units were in our crawl space,and we had a lot of duct work that needed to be replaced, and John Kalp from ESP Services delivered! We got exactly what he promised and in a very professional and timely manner. His follow-up on the job just made us even happier that he cared - after the job was done.
