Matt was very polite and very informative. He replaced the thermostat. But told us about replacing the furnace because of how old it was and about the rebate and 0 interest at this time to help us plan about replacing it by March. Really enjoyed talking to him. more

Matt D. and all the installers were prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. They were understanding of our senior-citizen status and our anxieties and concerns. I have an American Standard that is over 90% efficient. I like it and the service...and the emergency service. It gives us confidence. more

Very fast service 10/1/2018

The technician came over quickly in the morning and isolated the furnace problem within minutes. He ordered a part and had it in stock the same day. He returned promptly in the afternoon, replaced the part, and had the furnace working perfectly. With the temperature in the 40s and 50s, this is a major relief. Thank you Matt and Service One. more
