I brought my Sharp 46" LCD with an AV box in for repair since the unit stopped working. I realized that the problem existed in the AV box, but the tech insisted that I bring in the flat screen as well. That was a hassle as the cables had been fished through the wall for a clean installation. But, I disassembled and pulled apart everything and took them in. more

Their name should be SERVICE WORST 8/5/2010

It took them almost 4 months to replace a power supply on a 9 month old LCD. Within a year the same problem reoccured. more

Abhorrent service, stay away from this business 5/28/2010

I'd heard plenty of negative comments circulating about this place, but decided to try them anyway since there are few alternatives in Reno. My TV was under warranty, but in every contact I had with them they kept trying to come up with reasons to charge me anyway. My TV was damaged under their care and they didn't even put the TV back together with all the screws. Pros: None Cons: Too many more

took quite a while to get my tv repaired. but I finally got it back and working properly. they know what they're doing but lack in customer communication skills. Pros: they know what they're doing Cons: poor customer communication more

Worst, rudest service I have received anywhere in the U.S. --CONSUMER BEWARE! 1/26/2007

They lie about your repairs, about why they missed delivery, and the obese woman that answers the phone is so rude you want to roll her to the river and push. Unfortunately, they do warranty work, so you may not have a choice--but if you do-- AVOID THIS PLACE! Pros: None Cons: Too many to list, but the liar who answers the phones is the worst! more
