I AM WARNING EVERYONE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I purchased a new AC/ HWH AND furnace from them bc my sister knew the owner. This company is VERY DISHONEST (on SEVERAL occasions they were trying to get me to pay for something - then when I said I had a warrantee with them.... then I never needed it!), HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND OVER PRICED. I don't know how these people stay in business. more

Overall, Service Professionals, Inc. are very professional - the salesman initially sold us a central air unit that wasn't big enough for our house - Service Professionals, Inc. (specifically Travis, the Manager) replaced it with the proper size unit - no questions asked / no extra cost. Recently Brian C. came by and found some control wires that were not operating properly - he located and fixed a short circuit, replaced the wires as well as the service value (from his personal stock), cleaned the filter and more - overall an excellent job. Hats off to Service Professionals, Inc.! I will continue to recommend them. more

Dishonest 5/14/2012

I called in for a simple $59 annual A/C tune up. At the start they showed up and said it $59 per A/C but could probably honor the $59 deal for all A/Cs. At the end of the service they said ""no can do"". Also they charged me $91 for each air filter which costs $25 anywhere online (4X the retail price). That is very crooked, they dont have your best interest in mind. I will not even get into how much they estimated the complete fixes for my perfectly working a/c system was. I just felt I was being sized up on how much they could scam out of me. more

Had a bunch of plumbing issues cleared up with this company. Prices were a little high but the work was good. Finished in a timely manner. Nice professional workers. ....then we had a boiler put in by them. OMG!! Horrible customer service, not done in timely manner. Broke every single one of their guaranties. Never had it inspected like they should. Town gave us a fine. They eventually got off their bums and took care of inspection paperwork and paid our fine. Would never ever get any work done by them again. Walk don't run away from this company. Unless you like wasting your time and money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

charges schocked me 3/13/2008

Plumber flushed-cleaned sediments in an aerator in kitchen faucet and replaced an aerator in bathroom faucet.\r Went to look at my water heater(I had no problem with it).Time taken was 30 minutes.Amount charged $198.00 !!! Do I need to make any comments on pricing? Do not be fooled by the advertisement. more
