I specifically said not to cut a pair of nuts off unless they could weld new ones into place. I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the nuts were removed and they couldn't put new ones...

Honest, friendly, fast service. 12/21/2013

I know nothing about cars, which causes me anxiety. But I felt at ease and in capable hands. Everyone I encountered provided excellent customer service. And the waiting area was clean, warm and comfortable while I waited for my oil change. Lastly, I loved that I was in and out in an hour. It was a great experience. more

I first experienced service plus with a 97 s10, the courtesy and friendliness of the staff was what brought me back with my new truck. The coupon deal for the oil change, tire rotation, and 22 point inspection is great! Will continue doing business there. more

Didn't listen to instructions. 9/20/2013

I specifically said not to cut a pair of nuts off unless they could weld new ones into place. I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the nuts were removed and they couldn't put new ones on. This has hindered me greatly with the reinstallation of my front bumper. I will not be returning due to a lack of ability to follow very simple instructions. more

always courteous, willing to drop off/pick up customers where they need to be, they keep you updated on the progress of your vehicle, i will take my vehicles there over anywhere else any day of the week! more

I have tried other places to save a few dollars but I always end up going back to them. The last time I tried going somewhere else to save money I had to take it back to service plus for them to correct the bad work done by the cheaper place... I learned the hard way, you get what you pay for. more

Service Plus Automotive was able to get my car in quickly for my annual inspection. They went out of there way to let me know what was going on and how they would go about fixing my car if something needed to be worked on. more

Friendly but not so happy with their pricing 8/1/2013

Just make sure that if they tell u that a brake light bulb needs is out that you do it yourself no one should pay $18.35 to get a light bulb replaced. Other than that, if they cared about our pockets and try to prevent foolishness I would give them, maybe five stars. more
