I specifically said not to cut a pair of nuts off unless they could weld new ones into place. I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the nuts were removed and they couldn't put new ones...

Great on time but not on my wallet 4/10/2014

I called to see if they had a blinker light and they did, told me I could come on in right then and they would be able to switch it out for me. Said the part only cost a couple bucks. So I drove down they were friendly, got my car right in and out. But then when i got the bill they charged me $18 and some change for labor. I don't understand how they can charge $18 for something that took a couple minutes to change. Was happy with the service but no the bill. more

Fast, reasonably priced, friendly 4/4/2014

I brought my car in for an overheating issue the morning of April 4th, within the day I was notified of the reason, the fix, the price, and two other suggested maintenance procedures. All the work was done in a few hours for the price I was quoted. The reps both on the phone and in person were all very professional, and friendly. Also, the financing they offer is very good (as long as you make sure you pay within the 6 months they give you) and I love how close it is to post. more

The employees are very friendly! The reason I did not give 5 stars is because I feel as if the price of things is not explained very well. I had two bulbs in my car changed and it increased the overall price by about $30 which seems crazy. more

Trustworthy and fast 12/21/2013

I set an appointment at 2 pm for both a state inspection as well as an oil change. They grabbed my attention and wanted to make sure there was a small problem with my oil, which they have predicted a sloppy job but couldn't confirm. later my wife verified their concerns was just a friend's mistake when he did my car's oil change when I was deployed. I was out by 2:43pm. Fast and trustworthy is the least I can say about their services, especially after reading an unusual bad review a day before my appointment. more
