Had a scheduled maintenance/service appt. for Saturday, from 12 noon to 2 pm. Waited until 5 pm. No phone call from Service Experts technician or even the dispatcher. Nothing. ...

Had a scheduled maintenance/service appt. for Saturday, from 12 noon to 2 pm. Waited until 5 pm. No phone call from Service Experts technician or even the dispatcher. Nothing. Called their office to complain. Another tech finally called me back to schedule another service call for today, Tuesday, from 4-6pm. Waited until 7 pm. Again, no technician, no phone call. Nothing. When I called the main number, I find out the technician hadn't even entered today's appointment into their computer! Am now awaiting a phone call from the General Manager. Service Experts has gotten too big for themselves. Folks need to use a more reliable, local A/C service, as there is no ""service"" in Service Experts (formerly Coastal Air Conditioning). more
