Service Experts

This company is a complete and total scam. I wish I could give them 0 stars, because that is what they deserve! They have been out to my house on three separate occasions to attempt to fix my freezer. Each time they did not show up for their scheduled appointment time, with a myriad of excuses as to why they could not be there . When they finally did show up (sometimes a day later than promised), they were unsuccessful in their attempts to repair my appliance. They thought they knew what it was, but then that repair caused something else to break. Then they came back to fix that, but they had brought the wrong part. Finally, they came back again and we thought it was fixed. I cannot even believe they think they fixed it! The freezer was warmer than the fridge! I called again and they tried to convince me to give it awhile and it would start working again. Nope! I finally called this morning and asked for a refund. They want one more try to come out and fix it. Do they think I am crazy?!?!? The man has now been rude to myself and my husband, and has hung up the phone on both of us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We are probably going to have to take them to small claims court to attempt to get our money back. I am so sorry I ever called this company. Not only am I now probably out $230, but this experience has also caused stress for my entire family. more

Do not call this company unless you want to throw your money away. Called on Saturday November 5. My LG washing machine would not agitate. John came out a few hours later. Not sure what was causing it not to agitate you could hear change in the drum when you hand spun it. John Looked at it and said he would have to come back Monday. Said charge would be $125.00 and he wouldn't charge me the $25.00 service call. Then on Sunday he called back and said that he had a technician available. Two men from a different company came out. They removed 2 pennies from under the plastic in the drum. I asked them if they thought that was the issue with the drum not agitating, and they said yes. I paid them the $125.00 in cash and they left. Threw clothes in the washer and the same problem machine was trying to agitate and your could hear a noise. Called them right back and was told they would be out Monday between 9-1 at three o'clock still no sign called Crystal back and was told they would be here between 3-6 pm still no show called back at 7pm and was told that they would be here Tuesday morning again no show!!!! At this point I took the back of the machine off and could see the bolt holding the rotor assembly on was loose. Tightened it up and again the noise started and no agitation. This time took the rotor assembly off and it was stripped out but the gear on the shaft was still good. I again called Chrystal back and told her that I new what the problem was and was told she would have John call before he came out. Still no phone call I called back at 6pm and Chrystal told me she was going into a meeting and would have someone call to make a appointment for today. Still no phone call. I ordered the part online from repairs direct for $68.00 waiting for it to be delivered right now. I should have just looked at it myself and saved money. Waste of time and money with service experts!!!!! more
