First and foremost let me start by saying, this bank is all business and only business, they do not care about the customer as they claim. Every time I have gone in there they have tried to shove their products down my throat. If I said no to one product they would sell me another... Its frankly annoying. I have seen better interest rates elsewhere. Secondly and most importantly, every employee in that bank seems unhappy.. maybe it is because the managers never stop yapping and yelling at them in front of customers. The employees are the basis of your business. Treat them better...it makes for a very awkward visit when there is conflict in front of customers. If they treat employees like that who is to say that they will not treat customers the same way?
