Marcus was the best! 9/22/2015

I recently had my AC system serviced by a young man named Marcus Gendale He was extremely polite and professional when he arrived and after about 20 minutes of talking and walking around my home Marcus made me feel very comfortable and that i was in good hands. He had than explained to me what he would be doing today and how long he would be there, than got to work, i poked out to see what he was doing from time to time and watching him work shows he knows what hes doing and is confident in what he is doing. I have had many tune ups in the past and never have i felt like i was taken care of until Marcus came out to my home. He was by far the most compassionate, caring and knowledgeable technician i have had in my home and service champions is lucky to have him. more

Wonderful Service by Dylan N! 9/17/2015

I've been using Service Champions for a few years now and am part of their Champs Rewards program. Each time I have had very good service but today, Dylan N. provided thorough and thoughtful service. He identified a problem that wasn't brought to my attention in past services (for whatever reason) and his easy nature and laid-back but responsible style made the bad news much easier to handle with tips for the followup appointment which I really appreciated. I would recommend folks to request Dylan for their regular servicing and tune-up needs! He is my go-to guy now! more

Service technician: Dylan Newton 8/31/2015

Dylan just performed a tune-up on our 26 year old air conditioner. He spent a good hour to hour and a half cleaning the unit. He pointed out areas of concern given the age and condition of the unit, but advised us on what might be the more cost-efficient approach. Dylan is a dedicated, hard-working technician. Given the quality of the service he provided, he is highly recommendable. more

Service Champions is clearly a group of people that believes in their way of doing business. Every interaction with them has been a friendly and trustworthy exchange, a unique experience in the world of commerce, especially for high ticket items. Our time from the start of the sales visit to a completed double installation with ducting was 1.5 days. They do not simply wait around for their vendors to provide products for SC to hitch a ride on their reputations. SC delivers a separate and distinctly valuable service which is completely separate from the products they provide. Matt and Ricardo were responsible, respectful and hard working. Ours was their second job of the day, and they stayed late until it was complete with no corners cut. An excellent experience in every way dealing with this company. more

Insulation Installation by Mike Sanchez 6/30/2015

Mike explained what he would be doing. The preparation was very thorough and neat, covering all the areas where the installers would walk and run their hose. After completion Mike asked me to look at the job and asked if we had any questions. He showed me the areas that required additional attention in the attic - around the canned lighting fixture and at the vent areas. The clean up when they finished was excellent. Mike was very pleasant and professional. more
