POORLY INSTALLED OUR GEOTHERMAL HVAC SYSTEM 5/19/2010

Did not follow installation manual to properly install a geothermal HVAC system in our new home which completely failed after only 3 years of use and it is not repairable. It has been recommended by several other HVAC professionals that it be replaced. Our investment of $12,000 is now worthless and they will not correct the problem or even admit their mistake in the installation process. I would not recommend this business to anyone. BUYER BEWARE! more
