never will be back to this rude, no customer service having place again! i ordered my cake 2weeks ago told them i need it ready by 10am for a 12pm party! i get there at 930am waited in line till 10am to be told it’s not ready we have it ready in 15min, i sat in my car for 20min came back in now i’m being told it will be ready in a hour!! i am so mad, had to walk away cause i was about to cuss them out!! i had so much to do !! a simple call would of made a big difference!! so i wouldn’t of wasted my time, then they get a attitude with me!!! didn’t get my cake till 1130!!! never will do business with these rude people again!! and they took 10$ off , another customer was waiting a long time for her cake also!! they lost a loyal customer!! i will be telling all my family and friends!! more

Serpe's Bakery in Elsmere has the best canoli's I have ever tasted. I'm not suppose to eat sweets but they have small baby ones they offer so I can at least have a little "sweet tease" & the cold tomato pizza is to die for. Keep up the good work! Chrissy (Elsmere, De) more

This is cake how it's supposed to be made. I'm from out of town and I pick up cake from here whenever I visit family in DE. If I ever get married, I'm getting a cake from Serpes. It is soooooo delicious. more

Serpe's is located on Kirkwood Highway and is a family-run bakery. They have been in business over fifty years and offer a variety of items from cakes and cookies to pizza and bread. They are probably most well known for their tomato pie which is basically pizza without the cheese. If you go for the tomato pie I suggest getting there very early as they often run out of it. The staff is friendly and they showcase their desserts in glass cases so you can see all their tempting treats. more
