My sister and I took our mom for massages and we picked Serenity because there was a Groupon for it. I had never heard of it before it is off the beaten path but it is a great spa!! We had a great time and the massages were amazing. I am so glad Groupon helped us find this little treasure! more

Fantastic Spa! 7/6/2011

I have severe back and shoulder pain and the only thing that provides some relief is a massage. I've had a lot of massages over the years, some good, some bad and the massages that I've had at Serenity Spa are the best I've ever had! I wish I had time to go back more often. The staff there are all very friendly and accommodating. I also love the ease of making appointments through the website. I can't say enough good things about Serenity Spa! more

Serenity Spa in Anchorage - a charming spa 7/5/2011

I have visited many spas in the Louisville area. Without a doubt, Serenity Spa is the finest. It's a charming spa offering all of the amenities. I frequently get massages and facials there. Both are superb. Denise and her experienced, friendly staff are great. The setting in downtown Anchorage is perfect! more

Best Couples Packages! 7/5/2011

When I first decided on when my wedding was going to be, my sister-in-law surprised my fiance' and I with a gift to the Serenity Spa for a Couple's visit for a facial, wine, massage, wine, relaxing to the MAX! Since then, he is usually the one who says "Is it time for us to go have a facial and massage?" I love it that Denise and Jessica made him feel so comfortable that HE actually makes the plans to go back!! more

Great place for a massage 12/1/2009

Serenity Spa is an excellent place to get a relaxing massage. I've had several and enjoyed every one. The punctual and professional staff is very friendly and accommodating. There is a warm laid back atmosphere where you are made to feel special. I’ve tried other places for comparison but always return to Serenity Spa. more

Hidden gem in Anchorage 11/20/2009

Everything I want/need is available, i.e. massage, facial, skin care products (with educated people to sell it to me), mani/pedi, makeup, but most importantly amazing skilled professionals. Denise, the owner, has magical hands which are able to work out all my problems in my back and shoulders. Pros: perfect set up for parties Cons: i dont have enough money to go every day ;) more

I received a facial from Denise at Serenity. It was one of the best facials I have ever received! I left the quaint spa feeling clean, refreshed and relaxed. I would recommend them to anyone and can't wait to go back myself!! more

Best spa in town! 11/10/2009

Serenity skin care is a wonderful spa with outstanding staff and services. As soon as you walk in, you can feel the stress roll off your shoulders. The massages are wonderful and the facials are so refreshing. Personally, their spa pedicure is the best in town! I find myself wearing flip flops for at least two days because my feet feel and look amazing! I have also gotten several spa manicures which are also the best. Not to mention the polish lasts well over a week! I highly recommend this spa to anyone that wants a true spa experience where you are treated as a person and not a number like other large spas around town. Pros: Atmosphere, nails, massage, & facials top my list Cons: You won't find any cons here! more

It says it all in the name SERENITY! The mood is very calm, comfortable and tranquil. I love fact that it's small and quaint because they actuallly treat you like a person instead of a customer. Pros: Nice, reasonable, and quaint more

Serenity is a quaint spa located in the secluded town of Anchorage. Feels much more private and personalized than the larger spas. I have received facials there and have always been pleased. Sign up for e-mail alerts while you're there to be updated with specials from time to time. more

Pampering with a person touch 11/5/2009

Serenity Spa in Anchorage is my favorite spa in town. As my mom used to own a spa herself, I have been spoiled over the years with wonderful spa services. It has taken me several years to find a Spa where I can feel completely pampered. Denise gives an amazing facial and massage. The service is personal and consistently wonderful. You feel like you are being welcomed into a close friend's home when you walk through the door! Pros: awesome service Cons: none more

Great place for a facial or a massage!!!!! 11/4/2009

Serenity was a friendly place where I felt like the staff had knew me for years. I came in and had the best massage and the best facial that I had ever had. It was not like Z where you go and it loud and you can not relax. I was so relaxed that I did not want to leave. Thank you Serenity for a very nice and relaxing spa day! Serenity is a cozy, relaxing place to have a spa service. We went with a group of 4 women and had spa packages. It was wonderful! They even served wine and cheese and the staff made us feel totally pampered! I have visited several times since our spa day and every visit was a quality experience and the stafff is much more warm and friendly athan any other salon or spa I have been to. Try Serenity! Pros: Small,cozy, Friendly staff, great treatments more
