I have loved this spa and it's employees for years!! All services are FANTASTIC! The owner is so personable and caring! My hair stylist (Dana) is just so classy and imaginative! Always knows exactly what I need and what will look the best! Julann does give the absolutely best messages! I have had many stylist that have done my hair and several different message therapist, these ladies are so professional. They all make you feel so special and welcomed from the time they confirm your appointment until you walk out of their beautiful shop! EXCELLENT! more

Great hairstylist 1/8/2010

Jared, has been cutting and styling my hair for about a year. He listens to your needs and then offers his professional opinion based on YOU personally. I have never been disappointed. The staff is very friendly and helpful EVERY time I have had an appointment or just to drop by to check out their boutique for a gift or myself. I always leave feeling GREAT! I had a haircut , color, and mani - pedi. It was a wonderful day of relaxation. I would HIGHLY recommend Serenity Salon & Spa to anyone. ALL of the staff was very friendly and personable. GREAT, GREAT, GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!! Pros: Wonderful Staff, Excellent service Cons: NONE! more

Manicure less than expected........ 8/25/2009

My nail color chipped after 1 day! I paid good money for this service, and even tipped, and my nail polish chipped and my nails raised from the nailbed right away. I am posting this so other people won't waste their money, as I did! Pros: Cute Decor Cons: Bad service more

My friend went here a few weeks ago and said it's the same 'ol same 'ol. Dirty mouthed hairdressers and nail techs talking trash about every person who comes there to the other ones. Disgusting. Pros: Nothing! Cons: Everything! more

I have actually had this therapist in the past and am sad she is not there but I used jewlann also and was very good, Dayna ROCKS..... for hair nails etc. Deff check it out. Pros: cute place great service more

WOW what a place what a MASSAGE!! 5/15/2008

My husband I went for a massage at Serenity, I got their new therapist Starla---BEST MASSAGE I have and prob. will ever have!!! My husband loved his too, I will be back and soon! THis is a great place, full service great products and services, really classy, PLEASE PLEASE check this one out! I have driven by for a couple years now so sorry I did not go in sooner! Ask for Starla you will be happy you did! Pros: Service, parking, ambience, attitude, appointments Cons: having to leave -- wish I could have stayed all day more
