I would like to tell you about my experience with Serenity Landscapes. I called and imagine this someone actually answered the phone. I was scheduled for an appointment with a designer for the next week. I received a landscape survey for my project to fill out and have ready for when their designer arrived. The survey helped me put some perspective on the project and gave me some added ideas. When the designer arrived he was on time (which I loved). He was professional and full of ideas and solutions to my problems. We agreed on a budget for the project and set a date for job start. The day of job start I received a call that some of the products for my project hadn't come in yet, however if it was okay with me could they still come and get some of the demolition and grading done. I was thrilled, they showed up and boy did those guys work hard. I appreciated the daily updates by the foreman as the job progressed. I was able to make some changes to things that their designer found that made the wow factor big time. I also added landscape lighting, I didn't think it needed it at first and I was trying to save money, but after the designer showed me how it would look, I just had to have it. They didn't quite get done by the completion date but there was some snags they had to find solutions to. I just love my new landscape and the water feature is such wonderful addition. It has changed my life. I come home from the stresses of work and walk out onto my new paver patio and sit by my pond and all the stress just melts away, I go back to work the next day all relaxed and happy. Now no longer Susan the Hag but Susan the Serene. I wish everyone could have the experience I had. If you want to get your project build right trust Serenity Landscapes. I'm sure glad I did.
