I would highly recommend this personal care home to anyone who is considering placement for a loved one. I have been involved with several in the Austin area and this one is by far the BEST! The patient care is top notch and the genuinely care for each resident and there families. My experience with the meals and nutrition was quite different. I understand that elderly people don't tend to eat large meals and they need as many calories as possible. What makes the residents and families happy is what counts. I worked for this company for only two weeks to realize what was really going on. The residents get great treatment as far as being taken care of and getting everything they need. But the food situation was not good. Family's were thinking that there loved one were getting fed nice healthy meals think again. If you consider cheap 88cent banquet TV dinners high quality food then ok otherwise its unacceptable! So if you go here you definitely need to check that out and make sure there not still doing banquet TV meals but putting them on plates to look good for the family! I would be highly cautious! more
