Great Day 2/1/2012

My time at the spa was really great. The massage was very relaxing and just want I needed. The only thing that I can say needed changing was the time managment. We had two of us getting a massage and pedicure but I had to end up waiting on my mother for at least an hour after I was through with my app. I would have been nice if we had gotten through at the same time or a few minutes apart. But other than that, everyone was very nice more

Great Massage after Long Day 2/1/2012

The staff is professional, sends reminders about appt, which I really appreciated. Lighting and music is relaxing in the room. The only thing that I would change is the strength of the scent in the room. It is almost cloying - probably too much is being used for the size of the room. more

spa pedicure left me a little dissappointed. The final paint was messy and done before my facial. Therefore I couldn't cover my feet up during the facial and was a bit chilled. The facial was nice but the lady actually laughed when I told her what kind of cleanser I used on my face...very unprofessional. Overall, not a terrible experiance but I won't spend my money there again. more

Kyle did a great job with my pedi & mani! My toes and fingers are so pretty! Had a relaxing couple of hours, even after experiencing a flat tire before getting there. more

Excellant! 1/16/2012

Ashley cut and styled my hair for me for a banquet this past Saturday and she did FANTASTIC!I loved the way she curled and styled and I love the cut too. I have never been to Serenity before but am now definitely coming back!! more

mini wellness spa 1/15/2012

I have not been to the spa in over 3 years. As a busy mom and wife who works full time I never take time for myself. This was a wonderful christmas gift from my boys. Serenity is the only place where I would go, they are always professional and make you feel your the only one there. I just hope it is not another three years before I get another spa treatment ;-) more

Perfection in Hair Styling 1/6/2012

My hair had been AWFUL!!!! The stylist (not named because instructions say "do not include any personal information) reviewed past cuts and showed me a few photos of possible cuts and in the end we found the absolutely perfect cut. I noticed that the stylist is never hurried, even when another customer is waiting. I think that says that I'm important and relays to the other customer that when it's her turn, just as much time and attention will be given to her. more

Facial with Ashley 1/4/2012

Ashley was fantastic! I am very pleased with my experience at serenity! The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that I was cold the whole time. When it is 40 degrees outside a little heat would be great. Go see Ashley! more

Accommodating 1/3/2012

I always have an appointment but walked in at 5 pm on a Friday needing a trim and Kyle accommodated me! I always have a great experience there and this shows the degree of customer service. Thanks more

Best hairstyle I've had in a long time 12/31/2011

My salon experience with Whitney was amazing! She did exactly what I wanted and even took the time out to explain how to style it that way for everyday wear. Plus the prices are unbeatable for such great service. more
