I do not write feedback responses lightly, and I do not cast roses without much thought and consideration. Echo has earned not only my trust, but also my continued business. I was injured in a severe car accident and I called her. She was at my house (on my schedule) within 48 hours. She worked incredibly hard to make sure that she worked around my schedule. I quickly realized that all of the reviews available are very true. She has always treated me with the utmost of professionalism, and has been very flexible with my schedule. My recovery has been speedily improved by Echo. She is an exceptional massage therapist with a lot of knowledge of her field of work. I have had many massages, some of which have been around the world. Echo is BY FAR the best massage therapist I have had the pleasure of working with. She identifies the problem areas and works on it without delay. She always works longer than the appointment time, and never rushes me. I have been seeing her three times per week since my accident, and will be very disappointed when we have to move to a maintenance schedule. She is a consummate professional and is extremely friendly. I recommend her without reservation and, as mentioned, I do not recommend lightly. I hope that your experience will be as positive as mine. My Husband and I have used Echo for the pass two years, she gives the best Deep massage, Scottsdale is our second home and we are from Illinois and we get weekly massages and are not as good as Echo's are. They just don't know how to go as deep as Echo can, she is a very strong person, a great personality, a great smile, and she is like family to us. She can always get you in. We would say we rather have Echo then go to a spa. more

Echo has been my massage therapist since 2001. I have had hundreds of massages in the last 25 years and no one comes even close to the quality of work performed by Echo. She is absolutely the best, period. She seeks to understand your major needs and develops an effective strategy to bring ongoing relief. I have suffered from chronic pain due to muscular problems from sports/accident injuires in the past , and have had some "decent" massage therapists in the past. I felt "allright" when I left. Echo transformed my expectations of massage therapy! She is an over-achiever, a natural, and an intuitive therapist. I feel EXCELLENT and relaxed after my massage - not just "allright". Having just completed a 187 running race, I can say that without Echo keeping me "in shape" it would have been even more challenging. She does a great job of working me through injuries and speeding my recovery from training. Since she comes to the house, my wife and I are both able to get worked on - super convenient. more

Working out 5 days a week, I had to call Echo. 8 years later, I now travel from Houston to Phoenix just for one - or two - of her great deep tissue sports massages. Her years of expertise allow my muscles to heal, relax, and feel rejuvinated. She really is the best of the best! more

Serene Massage is fantastic. We were referred from another therapist who specialized in a different area of town and Echo with Serene Massage came highly recommended. Echo is always very courteous, punctual and professional... as well as great at several types of massage. The AT HOME experience is so much better then going into a sterile strip mall parlor- we prefer the at home massage where you can slip into your PJ's and off to bed completely relaxed. AHHHH! Previous to meeting Echo, I was not a huge fan of massage. She took the time to get to know what works for me and that has made the difference. If I have a particular ache or pain she will work that area and inevitably the pain goes away and does not return. I would not hesitate to recommend Echo. more
