As so many others have stated, Seregin's goes way above and beyond the call of duty in providing the ultimate in unparalleled customer service. If you need your watch repaired, or if you are wanting to purchase a vintage watch, or if you are wanting to sell a special watch for the best possible price, don't go anywhere but here! more

Watches are the finest in town! 2/2/2011

If you're in the search for a special watch, this is your stop. Both the owners Paul & Sonya will treat you with a smile. They have been in business for over 25 years and their customers are just as loyal as they are. Professional, knowledgable & friendly. They will also special order jewelry pieces for your special someone & you won't pay the same price as the "other" stores. Right across the street from Macys on O'Farrell makes it even that more convenient. Paul, Sonya-You're my favorite! more

a great place to buy and repair watches 2/26/2010

If you need a fine watch at a good price see Paul. He carries many Rolex and other fine watches. He also does Watch Repair. He is fast and reasonable. Strongly recommend him Pros: Best and quickest Watchrepair in town Cons: None more

Fast service! 2/25/2010

I brought in my watch to Paul because it stopped working. Paul fixed it in a matter of minutes. Great service by a friendly person. Seregin's is the place to go if you have any watch problems or if you want a new watch! Check them out... Pros: Great customer service more

Seregin's Fine Timepieces is the best for watch repair 11/30/2007

Seregin's Fine Timepieces: I recently inherited a Patek Philippe wristwatch from my father. It was not in running condition and I was searching for someone local to fix it. I did not want to have to mail it off and my local watch and clock repair person could not really do this watch justice. Through this site I found Paul Seregin. He was truly an answer to my prayer. He was the perfect person to take care of my father's watch. He was extremely conscientious and not expensive. He went over and above to repair a very sentimental and important watch for me. I can't say enough good things about him. If you ever need any watch repaired or needing tender loving care, he is the one to take it to. Don't go anywhere else. Thank you Mr. Seregin! It is so refreshing to find an honest and conscientious person like you. Great Customer Service! 2/12/2007

I got a new watch for Christmas and was so excited until I put it on and it was too big. Way too big, I needed links removed ASAP. The watch was from Nieman's but they didn?t have the tools to take the links out so they recommended Seregin's. Off I went and not only did they take the links out for free, they polished up my old watch too. Really nice guys work there. Since then, I have taken my man's watch there for a tune-up and they also took out his scratches. Real pros here! Pros: Great cust. service. more
