Septic Services is a good company. I first dealt with them through the company I used to work for in Pacific. I've called them again about two times and they are helpful and do a good job. I'd be happy to recommend them to other people! more

We had a good experience with Septic Services. I was able to set an appointment within a week of calling them. The first technician that came out got stuck in our yard, because the ground was a little too muddy. He came to us, was honest about the situation, and apologized to us. They sent a second guy out to pull his truck out of the mud. They resolved the situation in a nice and quick manner. We set the appointment a week later when the ground was dry. The second serviceman finished the job quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them. more

I have been a customer of Septic Services for probably about 25 years. I'll start by saying I am an old Marine and I never give fives for any service experience, because I know nothing is perfect! Haha. Septic Services installed a septic and drain system for me many years back. They've always been a great service. Francis has been really good to me. Recently, the pump quit working. I called them in the morning and they came right away. They drilled a hole in the pipe and fixed it promptly. I would highly recommend them. more

I have been using Septic Services for a long time now. Overall, their personal service has been good, but the recent work has been a little iffy, that's why I rated the recent job as a 3. I'm not sure if it is the soil, or a leaky pipe, but the area where the septic field is located gets really leaky and stinky. I haven't been really happy with it. They came by to pump our field, and so far it's been alright, but it also has been really dry over here, so we'll see. I've had excellent service with them in the past, though. When we call, they come. They had installed a shallow drain field on an old house we sold, and that was excellent service. Overall, I would recommend them. more

Septic Services came out right away but there didn't seem to be anything to pump out. They charged me anyway. I had a different plumbing problem, that was causing a smell, that I thought was there because of the septic pump but when he got there, he didn't say anything and just pumped. I don't know if they were honest about how much they usually pump and I didn't know how much would be there. RESPONSE FROM Septic Services Inc: We've provided septic tank pumping for over 30 years and have serviced over 100,000 septic systems. So we were not happy to hear that you were dissatisfied in anyway with our service. We have reviewed your concerns with both our scheduler and our driver who himself has 30 years in the business. It is our understanding that we were called to provide pumping of your septic tank 2 months ago on June 16th 2014. At that time, the driver pumped the tank properly. We were not aware of any issues until receiving your review. Since then, we've tried to contact you but you have not been available. We also sent our superintendent by to discuss your concerns but were asked to leave with no explanation of what the issue is. We encourage you to contact us at your convenience if you still have concerns. We take pride in our friendly personalized service and hope youll remain a Septic Services customer. more
