Authentic Korean food 4/17/2008

I love this korean restaurant. I am more than 2 hours away from my halmoni and mom, and their great cooking, and I have to say that this restaurant is so delicious and comparable to their cooking. The owners are actually Korean, and very friendly. I never eat the chinese meals, but my fiance has, and he said it's decent. Our favorite dishes are dahk bulgoki and yae yok bokum. Their prices are high, but well worth it compared to what you get at one of the few expensive Korean restaurants around. Pros: Food is great Cons: The restaurant's atmosphere isn't as authentic as it's food, and they do not serve Kalbi, but only Kalbi tang (soup) more

Deserves more credit than last post. Taste = good. Price = so so. Portion = Ok 3/26/2008

The last person to comment. They have never eaten there and they are an out of towner. I think this is one of the better cheaper korean food places near amherst/buffalo. They have Chinese food to appeal to those who want sesame chicken or general tso, they cater to that too. As for korean food, it's pretty good from the spicy pork to the bulgoki. Try the kimchi soup... good stuff. Still pricer than I want to pay for a meal, but what korean food in the US is cheap? This is my two cents. Pros: Taste Cons: Price, a little out of the way more

Not a Korean restaurant 5/11/2007

While vising Buffalo, I thought I would go to a Korean restuarant. I saw the sign, in both English and in Korean. Walked in to the restaurant, which is a little dive in a strip mall, and realized that something didn't look right. I think it turned into a Chinese restarant with stuff like chicken and beef with brocoli on their menu. I don't think the owners were Koreans either. So I just walked out. Pros: ?? Cons: No Korean food here. more
