Awesome service and storage! 1/7/2011

Mr. and Mrs. Shackleford are so friendly and helpful. The prices and amazing and I feel they went above and beyond to help us out. The location is also sooo convenient. I would definitly recommend this place to store your things. The free truck use is also a huge plus! more

beware 7/6/2010

2 days late with rent,they were quick to take the rent and 20 dollar late fee....then oh i forgot to tell the gate to let you in 10 mins later,the ok code was entered.then when i got to my unit they had double locked it.?back to the office,i'm sorry i'll get him to un lock it.went to the store (rather than waiting)15 min later i returned only to find manager walking his dog.instead of unlocking my unit...somthings are more important than a paying customer i guess..bad experience,wont rent from these people again ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! bad management!! more
