Worst

Our advice is to shop around first. They offer good customer service but some of their policies on charges seem extreme. Pros: Quick response on repairs Cons: Costly!

Ok until you try to cancel. Zero stars. 11/3/2012

Don't walk, run away. I was with them for 5 years. When you try to cancel your contract they will try to stick you for another 2 years using the pretense that the contract renewed without your knowledge. Then they will threaten you with a collection action. They are unethical. I have had to get a lawyer to get out of my contract after being with them for 5 years. more
