Senor Sancho's

Last night, July 7, 2009 we went to a quick meal at Senor Sanchos on Creston Rd. before our car club meeting. The event started very badly and ended with a clear indication of the lack of care that Senor Sanchos employees have for their customers. ?Groups of people in the club routinely go to this place on the first Tuesday of each month before our monthly meeting. On this occasion we saw part of our group and asked to sit near them, just at the door and near the party room. Three of our party sat and I had the seat near the wall, I turned, sat-down, leaned back and hit the sign protruding from the wall 6" and at head level. All in the group heard the impact. The pain was substantial, the waiter asked calmly if I was ok, I said "not really", but all proceeded to deal with the food questions. I did the best I could to ignore the pain, but at the end of the meal I went to the check-in counter to ask for the Manager to file an accident report. Again, I was asked if I was ok and I sa more

Both food and service are mediocre. I was a bit upset that last time we went they had no highchairs that weren't broken, so the baby had to sit on my lap the whole meal. Not easy with a 11 month old who wants to grab everything. more

OK, review by Bob S. is CLEARLY a disgruntled ex-employee.... whatever. Been living on the central coast for 10 years, Sancho's is the best Mex restaurant overall. My only complaint would be that phone orders are frequently wrong when you go to pick them up, check your bags before you leave! That's a minor issue, though, and one that only effects us locals. They serve excellent mixed drinks, like reviewer #2 says, try the margarita, no watered down nonsense here. So if you want a great meal with great service and you're not an IRS agent, try Senior Sancho's! more

The food is expensive and gross- youd be better off at taco bell. Also, the corporation does not comply with tax laws. In this day and age, why should the rest of us comply with law but not the businesses that serve us? Boycott Sanchos! more

I usually go to the Sanchos on Creston Rd. but this one is also great. The patio is nice in summer especially for Sunday Brunch ! more
