Senior Helpers

Senior Helpers of Des Moines, Iowa and surrounding communities provides non-medical companionship and personal in-home care for seniors. Our goal is to ensure a better quality of life for our elderly clients and their families allowing loved one?s to remain independent in their home. We have a set of core values we believe in and our commitment is in supporting our clients, their families, our employees and our community. Our services range from companionship to bathing or to caring for those with Alzheimer's disease. We at Senior Helpers provide a no cost initial in-home assessment and work with families to develop the right care plan for each loved one. We screen and employ dependable, trustworthy, and experienced caregivers; some have achieved additional licensing including certified nursing assistants and geriatric nursing assistants. Senior Helpers also provides ongoing educational support having caregivers participate in our own Senior Helpers University.
