very excited about receiving the beautiful flower arrangement 5/3/2011

We live here in Florida and our daughter, son-in-law, and their children live in Kansas. Both Melissa and John called us on April 9, 2009, very excited about receiving the beautiful flower arrangement that we had sent to them by this Florist; by some strange co-incidence they were very much like the flowers in their wedding bouquet 21 years ago. This is my first time sending flowers in the area. I needed to send flowers to a friend. This florists just seems like and interesting name. I'm glad I went with them because the service was quick and friendly. Good customer service makes all the difference, especially if you calling from over 250 miles away. I will definitely recommend them, and I would use them again. more

Flowers are meant to be special and this florists makes that happen 5/2/2011

I have been this florists customer for many, many years. I have never been disappointed in the design and the quality of the floral arrangements. Flowers are meant to be special and this florists makes that happen. I also appreciate the attention my order receives, whether I order by phone or on-line. This florist has also recently introduced Floral Delivery Confirmation email , which insures that you know exactly when your flowers are delivered !! Great Job !!! Thanks more

We were very happy 4/6/2011

I ended up changing my mind about the flowers a month or so before the wedding and they had no problem discussing the changes and helping me pick arrangements that turned out beautifully. We were very happy with the flowers they were provided with on the day of our wedding. more

Almost completely happy 4/6/2011

I was almost completely happy with SendFlowersFlowerDelivery - Kansas City. They were very attentive and helpful during the whole process. We called them at their store several times to discuss the flowers and they were more than gracious and helpful each time. more

I actually put together my own flowers at SendFlowersFlowerDelivery - Kansas Cityt after another local florist screwed me over. I LOVED the service there. Everyone was so helpful. They made the experience so fun. They delivered the flowers on time and everything was exceptional more

Ordered last minute flowers 3/8/2011

I ordered last minute flowers for my Mom. I was worried they didn't get my order. When I called to check, the shopkeeper told me the messenger already delivered the flowers and was on his way back and that was not even 10am! The delivery delighted my Mom very much! Thank you very much for the prompt attention you give to online orders. more
