If you have a return, it's simply a nightmare. I ordered a frame for Christmas 2009 and I'm still trying to resolve a return. So the $20 frame came damaged. I tried to notify them and get a replacement. Calls and emails went unanswered so I just bought a new frame from them and it shipped in time for Christmas and it was great. After Christmas I tried to return the original, and I shipped it back as instructed but it came back ""return to sender."" Send a Frame said it was because I didn't include the return authorization code, but that is because they didn't give me one. I called and emailed them 10+ times and it's never been resolved in over a year. Since I don't have time to keep trying to get my money back on principle, I'm just going to donate the frame to charity. Maybe they can use it for firewood. I recommend that you never use this company. They are not professional and do not stand by by their product.
