If you have reached this page in an attempt to find a reputable and reliable company to lease, sell, or service your printers, go elsewhere. I have been on the phone or attempting to solve a problem with SOS (a rather ironic acronym) for at least ten hours over the past two days. After they shipped me an order incorrectly--not that I would have known since their customer service reps said that the part would look fine--my machine went down for over 24 hours in the middle of a massive project. I was forced to take my print job--all color--to a Kinkos where I spent several hundred dollars to ensure the project was complete on time. Rather than being apologetic when I spoke with them and said I believed I was owed the part I needed for free due to the drama created by their incompetence, I was told that simply wasn't possible or fair and that the situation was in fact my fault for not knowing better! They are wildly rude and brazen and I will be ending our lease on the machine and taking my business elsewhere. You should do the same.
