I purchased a new harley from them in June of this year. I had a minor accident (under 15mph) and it had to come in for fixing (insurance claim). It needed a few new things, not once did Seminole Harley ever call me to let me know whats going on, I had to call them. It was in there over a month and I never once got a call, I had to call them to get status. I had to contact Geico to get answers from them and now September the bike still is not correct. It has 400 miles on it, the handle bars are cockeyed, it goes 10-15 mph in 1st gear with no throttle applied and my cable connections are wiggly loose on the throttle and brake. I get ""thats normal"" from service and seems to be blown off every time I ask them to fix it. Cost was never an issue, even time was never an issue. I will never service or return my bike here for any matter ever again nor will I ever by another bike from Seminole Harley. I am taking it to a real shop who knows what the hell they are doing and gives a crap about the customer for a change.
