Seminole Grand

I cannot believe how over priced Seminole Grand was, I lived there a year ago and am so happy to have moved out. The staff in the front office were extremely rude and unhelpful and the maintence crew, if you could get ahold of them, never came to fix any issues unless you threatned to sue. They also would come into the apartment whenever they pleased. The noise level was ridiculous, I called the police on several occassions. There were constanlty parties and people screaming in the middle of the parking lot, the towing situation was a mess not nearly enough vistor parking spaces for your guests. There were several issues with crime, the guys that lived below us had the apartment broken into with their TV's and Xbox's stolen amongst other expensive items. This was the absolute worse place to live. more

These people do not know what they are doing. They don't deal with any problems that are brought to them. They have an excuse for everything. I lived there last year, paid every bill they gave me ON TIME, and when they sent me the move out sheet, it stated I owed them $1400!!! I faxed all of my receipts of payment 5x!!! Yet they still claim they do not have them on file... Now, they won't even return my numerous phone calls. The management for this apartment complex is a joke. Duane the collection manager is a fraud, Denise the office manager does NOTHING! The apartment manager over all employees is the root of all evil at this place. LIARS, CHEATS, AND THIEVES! more
