This so called ""Professional"" store is a dump. It is always fithly. The employees are clueless. They have horrible hours. The so called owner (mystery man) is Ogre. Go to Borders right up the road and have a clean, informed, professional enviroment to shop from. I wouldn't even give this place one star if I didn't have to. DUMP!!!!!!! Cons: no parking, no ambience, screaming and yelling always going on, clueless sales staff more
