*** DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES TO EXCELL CLEANERS ***
I took my expensive suit to Excell Cleaners located on 16165 Nordhoff Street, North Hills, CA 91343. Apparently they dry clean and laundry all the pieces on a store located on 8235 Tampa Avenue, CA since they don?t have any machine on site. Both stores are privately own by Miguel. 2 days later I went to pick it up and took it home. I was ready to go back to work in the morning when I realized that my suit pants were a little bit lighter than the jacket, so I went outside on the sun and part of the front and back of the pants was a huge discoloration due to some chemicals. (The jacket was perfect though). I took it back and Miguel (the owner) accused me that I did it because I took it back 2 days later and I did not complain right when I picked it up. I told him I did not check back then because I trusted their professionalism. After a big complain and conversation he told me it was not his fault but his employee, well I did not care whose fault it was; I just wanted a solution because he was the owner and obviously he is responsible for his business and to deal with the unsatisfied customers. To make the long story short, he offered to fix it; so I left the suit back in the store. A week later when I picked it up it was a pretty close matching color pants and jacket but when I took it outside you could tell the difference in color and the smell, because what they did was put some chemical on top of the chemical that the pant already had and I was not please with the results. I told him that I did not want money because it was a 2 month old suit and I did not have the receipt that he was asking for; but to give me some credit. It was a Calvin Klein $250 suit and was offered me $30. So I ended with an incomplete suit (just the jacket) and $30 on credit. NEVER COMING BACK.
