Having your HVAC system diagnosed is much like (or worse) going to the mechanic and them always trying to add ""parts"" and up the invoice. Thankfully the Lord sent Bill. Customer service doesn't mean a whole lot without knowledge and Bill, by natural character, sets the standard for both. It was refreshing, quite literally since it is May and HOT!, to have him come out the same day that I called. He got the problem fixed and answered all of my questions. All reasons for using him again in the future. Many business owners can take a note out of his book!
