I just had to share my great experience with Select Luxury Cars. We purchased a Lexus IS350 and was a little nervous about buying something with only pictures and the word of the salesman. I have to say that the car was more than I expected and Orlando was true to his word. The car is beautiful! The whole transaction took about 10 minutes and we were on our way back to Missouri. I plan on purchasing my next vehicle from Orlando at Select Luxury. He was honest and I really appreciated working with him. At this point, I would even feel comfortable having him ship me my next car without seeing it in person. He had great follow up with several emails after the purchase and even called me personally to make sure we were happy with our car. My wife is ecstatic about the car and that means I'm happy. They also reached out to the individual that traded the car in to their dealership and got me the second key. The ad for the vehicle stated it only had one key, but they went the extra mile for me. more

Fair Pricing 6/13/2011

Purchased a 2011 BMW M3. Pricing was best I could find with the options I wanted. Roger was very helpful and made the process painless. Very happy. They also gave me an above market price for my 2004 M3 on trade. Very good selection of other high end vehicles. more

Roger Evanson - The Go To Guy for Luxury Vehicles! 5/11/2011

I came in just browsing for a car, feeling the need t change. I met Roger and was immediately engaged by his non-pushy yet market informative personality. The first day I was able to simply walk away, wanted to checkout a few other dealerships and make comparisons. It didn't take me very long to come to my conclusion and within a week, Roger sold me my 2008 S-class Mercedes that I absolutely love! He made this sometimes stressful situation a pleasurable one for me!! more

Great auto dealer 4/29/2011

I live in NC and was looking for a replacement vehicle and I had a vehicle that was 12 years old that I wanted to trade. I found Select lux on the internet and they had several cars that I was interested in. After popping them an email of interest and my need to trade I got a call from Roger Evanson. Roger was great to deal with very professional and never pressuring me. After several exchanges of information about my trade and the car of interest we had a deal. Roger gave me a number and that is what I provided in a certified check. I drove 7 hours to meet him look at the car and him to look at my trade. All was sweet the price never changed. I was in their office less than 2 hours and back to NC.. Roger programed my GPS and was super to deal with. This is my first internet purchase but I feel that it was worth my time of two days to travel stay in a hotel and return home with a new car. When I am ready for another purchase I will reach out to Roger.. This was nothing like my last auto purchases that took the better part of a day. Roger had my new car cleaned up and full of gas. Select Luxury is the best. more

Best Service For Luxury/Exotic Cars! 4/24/2011

I just purchased my third car from Select Luxury. Each time I dealt with Mike Goodall. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable about all of the cars on the lot there. I never felt pushed or pressured to buy. Mike was extremely patient with me as I was taking my time to make sure that I was in the right car for me. Thanks Mike! I purchased My 2008 Mercedes-Benz R350 from Select Luxury Cars in March of 2011. To date my R350 has proven to be comfortable, reliable and all anyone could ask for... My Sales Person Roger Evanson is the best. He made sure my purchase was hassle free and seamless. Looking for a luxury car without all the sales tactics, pressure and sky high prices...Contact Mike Goodall at Select Luxury Cars. I had tons of questions before pulling the trigger on my BMW M5. Everything Mike told me about the car over the phone checked out to be accurate. I love it and feel we received a fair deal and that the car was a great value. Great Service--Highly Recommended 3/28/2011

I just purchased a 2011 BMW 750Li from Select and cannot say enough great things about the service and attention I received. I highly recommend Select ! The salesperson, Inaya, was highly attentive and has gone the extra mile to handle a few post-closing issues--specifically, the car for some reason did not have floor mats with it--she volunteered to get me a set so I would not have to go to the dealership to get that done. Great cars, great service, great people!!! more

What made my experience unqiue was my salesperson. Mike was very knowledgeable, personable, cour and provided his expertise in helping me select the best vehicle for me. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in purchasing a luxury vehicle...ask for Mike, he would be more than happy to assist with any concerns or answer any questions you might have. Definitely not 8/25/2009

thought this place may be ok to look for high end car replacement based on what i saw in inventory on the site. no way would i buy from them now, certainly not anything on the higher end, probably anything lower either. condition of cars was disappointing. salesman didn't know much at all about the cars. looked mostly like stuff a high end dealer would reject and not put on the lot. seems like a risky place to try and do business. also initial questions were never followed up on with answers which is a big red flag on purchase of high end autos. Pros: not much Cons: a bunch more

Snakes on the Prowl 7/25/2009

The sales person lied about the quality and condition of the vehicle to close on the deal and for this; they lost the sale, the customer, and any chance of referrals. Be wary if doing business with them. The snakes for sales people will misrepresent the condition and quality of their vehicles of and will say anything to make the sale. Disappointing Customer Service! 1/19/2009

I found Select Luxuary on line and found a vechial in my interest and price. I called and spoke with a Salesman that's been in the business for over 10 years. I was eager to visit Select Luxuary Cars and see the vechial of my intrest. I did go to Select Luxuary in Marietta GA and met with Brent, I test drove the vechial and applied for financing. Brent said that he would give me a call on that following Monday. No call was ever made to me, on early Tuesday morning I took a look at Select Luxuary web site to look at the vechial again before I called Brent to check on the status of the loan. I found a SOLD sign was placed on the Vechial on the web site. I thought that the vechial was sold to me, my hopes were disappointed when I called Brent to find out that the vechial was sold to another qualified buyer. I expected better customer service from Select Luxuary, a simple phone call to your customer would have been the right thing to do. A simple phone Live up to your name and your history and treat the next customer with respect even if they don't purchase a vechial from you. more

Although I ended up not purchasing a luxury car from Select because I did not find what I was looking for. I was later personally contacted by the owner to make sure that I knew he cared about me and wanted to remain in contact. I really felt that Mr. Robbie Ashcar was sincere and real. He seemed truly honest and friendly. I will consider Select for my next luxury car purchase in the future and highly recommend it for anyone looking for professional care with personalized service.
