Before I start, I'd like to say that I am a veteran of the US military and an experienced shooter. I've been to Select Fire three times. You can't base an opinion off of one experience. I can honestly say that this is the worst gun range I have ever been to. As far as the facilities are concerned, they are adequate at best. If you want to rent a gun, good luck. Their equipment is in terrible condition. Even with those two strikes, I could deal with this place because it is fairly close to my house. What is the worst is the customer service. the people working at Select Fire are THE WORST HUMAN BEINGS ALIVE. I have fought the Taliban and the Serbians, and I can honestly say that the people at Select fire are more evil. These people do not care about you being there, they don't care if you get any service, and they don't like you in general and they make sure to let you know it. On my most recent visit I was asked to fill out their little info card asking you for your shooting experience and if you'd ever been convicted of a crime, etc... I put ALL for what I had experience shooting. The guy behind the counter, as rudely as possible asked me what that meant and when I told him he said that I needed to list what I had experience with. After listing everything he said that I didn't need to try to impress him, again as rudely as possible. I was handed a few targets and when I asked for targets that I wanted (any other place you go will let you pick your own) was told that they were out. I asked for another kind of target and they were out of them as well. Wehn I left that evening the other guy behind the counter said nothing to me other than how much it was (overpriced by the way), thew my license onto the counter, and then walked into the back. There is another review on here complaining about the service and I completely believe it. I have NEVER had good service here. On Target isn't that far away, go there instead of this dump. You'll have a much better experience, and you'll save a little money.
