Best Service and Workmanship 10/30/2011

Our journey began 8/22/2011 when Bill Elde, answered our call to bid on the roof of our home and barn. We also needed bids on our chimney and a thorough inspection of things which needed attention. \r A great experience with Sela Roofing&Remodling,Inc\r Our house was hit buy A tornado May 2011 We had dammage to our house garage.The insurance ajuster was giving us a very hard time , He wanted to patch holes in a very badly dammage roof. My wife and I called Sela\r roofing. Sela sent out a Rep. Brian set down with us, Look over all the dammage, Brian talked to the ajuster and things started fall in place, Sela did ninety percent \r of the work, And the did a great job. Everyone that came out and worked was very professional and polite. They got the job done, Then they clean up very good when they were done, I recomend Sela Roofing If you need work done.\r \r more

Had Sela do a new roof for us and the service and all workers were very friendly and helpful. The crew that came did an excelant job. I had a question about a valley and a supervisor came out explained it to my complete satisfaction. more

SELA replaced our siding and shingles a few years back so when it was time to replace all of our double hung windows we called SELA. more

Sela did a great job when replacing our roof. The crew never stopped until the job was done. When I had a question about something a short time after the job was completed a supervisor came out and explained the reason to me and then made a small change to our complete satisfaction. more

Great service and job restoring deck and railing! 10/6/2011

My husband and I have been enjoying our restored deck off our bedroom that Sela Roofing and Remodeling completed for us this spring. Your men,Jose and Jeff, did an excellent job and we would highly recommend them and your company. The old cedar railing was put in wrong drilled into the brick. Jeff crafted a new cedar railing and was able to install it the way my husband wanted. We appreciated Jeff returning to complete a few last details. He is a true craftsman. Everything met our expectations and you are the best. more

Great Experience working with Sela 10/4/2011

It was a great experience working with Sela from day one! They fought with our insurance company in order to get what we needed in order to fix our roof due to hail damage. They kept in touch and returned our phone calls immediately. The crews were respectful, efficient and cleaned up after they were done! They even came back after all the work was done to check in and inspect the work. I would highly recommend Sela to anyone that needed work done and they will be the first ones that we call in the future! more

Great Roofing Job from Sela 9/15/2011

We were told that our roof was one of the worst roofs they had seen in 6 years!! They told us not to worry about a thing and they would take care of everything...And they did!! They clearly explained all our options in a clear manner that made sense to a lay person. They were very timely and efficient with everything. We are so pleased with our new roof! Even our neighbors have noticed! SELA is a reliable and easy to work with company and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a roof! more

We appreciated the professional and non-pushy approach of Dan, who explained things clearly to us. The bid was very reasonable. The workers were incredible, working efficiently and cleaning everything up when they were done. We had a repair issue after the gutters were installed and this was taken care of to our satisfaction. We felt very good about the customer service and the people who represented SELA. more

great roofing job 9/10/2011

Sela has done our roof twice now and each time we were very pleased with the entire project. They did the quality roofing job that you would expect but going beyond that they were careful not to harm the landscaping that surrounds our house and did a super clean up job! more

Sela Roofing 9/2/2011

Sela was amazing! Our salesman was great he took care of everything. They had our roof done in one day and that included some repairs. They came back a couple times to check the yard for nails which we really appreciated because we have a dog. If I had to sum up the entire experience it would be "very professional". We feel really lucky to have dealt with such a great company. Some of our neighbors were not as fortunate as us. We would highly recommend them. more

New roof July 2011 8/15/2011

Had Sela replace our storm damaged roof this July. We were happy with the entire process and results. We had a few companies provide estimates and Sela was very competative and had a good reputation so we chose them. They arrived when they said they would and completed the job in one day. They took care of the permit and arranged for the city to inspect it when completed. The cleanup was very thorough - only found a couple nails after it rained (much better than last time we had our roof replaced). It looks great - we'd recommend them to anyone needing roof work. more

Our New Roof Looks Fantastic! 8/9/2011

We live in Hopkins and our roof was damaged in May from a bad hail storm. Right away companies were knocking on our door wanting to give us an estimate. I had heard of Sela's great reputation so I called them at their St. Louis Park location, and their salesman, Joe came out to give us an estimate (he was so nice and explained everything) and then met with our insurance adjuster to go over the claim. He was great with the adjuster and the approval was given for our new roof. The workers were very professional and they completed our roof in one day despite the heat. We are extremely satisfied and would call them again for any future work. more

I am impressed with the straightforward, business-like manner with which I was treated after a hail storm in St. Louis Park.\r \r Sela's personnel, starting with their salesman and ending with their closer, are all a pleasure to work with.\r \r They helped in negotiations with my insurance company and were patient while I arranged the financing to do the necessary repairs on my home.\r \r I would certainly work with them again. more

Shingles and Gutters 7/5/2011

This is the second roof I've had worked on by Sela. The first was gutters only and this one was new shingles, gutters and leaf-x guards. The group that did the shingles worked very quickly and finished 95% in one day and then stopped back a week later to complete the job. The group that did the gutters were scheduled to complete work 2 days other than the day they came out to hang the gutters. Both did a good job however there were many screws and some scrap aluminum left throughout the yard by the gutter group. The sales rep was helpful at getting to a fair price and the follow up rep was also helpful in explaining the warranties etc. more

Great Service even years later! 7/1/2011

This is a thank you for one of your exceptional employees, Joe, one of your estimators. Joe responded to my request for an estimate for some loose roofing tiles that we had after the last wind storm here in St. Paul. He went over the roof and felt that all we needed was a few nails and he would handle the repair himself. I had none on hand and Joe waited while I bought a box locally. He proceeded to take on the challenge in the hot sun and tack down the few loose roofing tiles. You have one special employee and I commend SELA for an excellent response to my concerns over the roof. Joe reassured me that the roof on the house was in good shape for its age and his repair should resolve the immediate concerns I had. more

Trustworthy and reputable work 6/23/2011

Our home had sustained wind damage to the roof. We made an insurance claim and got several subsequent estimates done for the work. We chose Sela because they worked very easily with our insurance claim and because of their reputation (Sela has done multiple projects at my husband's work). Sela was extremely great with communication. I emailed them to set up a time to meet someone and within 30 minutes a Sela representative called me to set up a time. The work was excellent, the cleanup was done well and everyone I talked to was helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend them and I will use them again for my next project. more

Fantastic Experience 6/22/2011

We had a great experience with Sela. They worked very closely with our insurance company and were extremely efficient and pleasant to work with. They were easy to get ahold of, answered all of our questions, and were so quick! Once they had the information they needed, they were ready to do the job immediately. They were finished with our new roof in one day and took care of everything. They did a great job on the roof, as well as cleaning up everything afterwards. Thanks Sela! more
