I really liked my apt with Sela, I only moved bc of a job transfer. My apt was in prime location in uptown and well maintained. Maintenance responded to my concerns quickly. The management was great and I felt secure and happy renting with them. more

This place is an absolute wreck. The carpet was ABSOLUTELY filthy when we moved in, which we didnt know about until move in date since there was someone occupying the space when we looked. Maintenance is totally incompetent. Our freezer was too warm & our fridge was too cold. The garbage disposal didnt work & maintence never fixed it even with numerous requests. I had a leak for many days under my sink because I would call maintenance & left messages, which they wouldnt respond. They are VERY rude when you try to get a hold of the mgr, Amy, whom is the most manipulative & crazy. All phone conversations ended with her hanging up on me, very childish yelling and threatening. If you even think you may get a deposit back, dont count on it. I got $250 taken out because of 'dog odors' REALLY!? My dog is highly trained & bathed on a normal basis. DO NOT LIVE IN THESE NASTY UNKEMPT APARTMENTS! Just to prove it to you, Im not bitter, I wrote a MAGNIFICANT review for the York Plaza Apts in Edina Pros: That I got the hell outta there ASAP!
