I have had 4 back surgeries. I require medication and monthly check ups with my Dr. When I moved to Reno I was refered to Spine NV. What a joke!!! Nobody in their office has a clue as to what they are doing or what customer service is. They dont return phone calls and when you call them back they act like you are putting them out. I have had so many instances where they have caused my blood pressure to rise far beyond a healthy number all because of their lame office staff. Get rid of those brainless, worthless excuses for office staff and hire one of the thousands of people looking for a job that could give your establishment a good name!! I dont recomend this place to anyone!!!!
