I am sorry that this office has gone from great to horrible. I was a patient about a year ago. I walked into the office and asked to make an appointment with Dr. Seibel. Apparently they had moved offices and didn't have my records on file. I had recently reinjured a herinated disc and had been going to urgent care clinics to be seen. Having no health insurance but a good job is my only saving grace. So last week I asked to schedule an appointment while in a good amount of pain. I was promised a call back, never got one. So I waited patiently, in pain for a week. Didn't call around anywhere else and called again this morning twice. Was told I would be given a call right back. For a pain management office, the receptionist either is ignorant to what pain feels like or is incompetent. I've done everything on my end, paid out of pocket for a new MRI showing I have a pinched nerve I just need to see a doctor promptly. With all respect to the doctor and the practice, I shall not go there today. I find all so very entertaining that Kathy from Ft Worth in the first review ( You will know her as ""If it its a C its not Me!) also is office manager.The doctor may or maynot be aware of this but this is false advertising at its finest. Due to a car accident in 1997 I have been in constant lower back pain - and I came to Dr. Seibel as a referral from a friend's husband who was a patient. I have always felt uncomfortable talking about my pain levels, afraid people would think I was just a complainer. Dr. Seibel listened, and recommended a treatment that was personalized for me. My lower back pain is being addressed, and is not nearly as chronic. Dr. Seibel's office took care of my insurance, advised me of payments insurance had made, and what my portion would be so there were no surprises. It's a team effort at Pain Treatment Associates. I had recently been a patient at Pain Treatment Associates. I was greeted warmly by the staff and made to feel at ease immediately. I was apprehensive fearing surgery was going to be my only recourse. While being examined by Dr. Seibel, he spoke to me like a person and not just like a patient . I was very comfortable and eager to hear his findings. I felt very confident he was a v ery caring Doctor. We spoke briefly about things in life in general again making me feel at ease. When he completed his exam, he sat and explained his recommendation and asked me how I felt about his findings. I was blown away! He actually wanted to know how i felt about his findings and more than anything he was going to be VERY CONSERVATIVE in resolving my pain. I was never so HAPPY! I would strongly recommend him and his staff to anyone who is experiencing pain and have not been able to find a doctor who is much like the Marcus Welby of yesteryear! GO see him...
