I went to Gentle Dental for a dental emergency. My regular dentist was unavailable. I am so glad he wasn't! I received the best treatment! Each and every member of the staff is so caring and understanding. My dental issues were resolved and Gentle Dental is now my entire families primary dental office. We never wait long and always receive Top Notch care! more

The Best Root Canal Ever 2/25/2011

I fell over the weekend and needed to get a root canal and temporary crown ASAP. I was able to get fit in. I came in with 2 sets of stitches on my lip and was able to receive the same gentle and expert care that I have received in the past. It was a pain-free procedure that makes your practice live up to its name. more

Just before my appointment, I was given some forms to update my information. While I understand the neccessity of having current information, I should have been given those forms at my last appointment in Dec. 2010 or they should have been mailed prior to this appointment. As a result, my appointment was delayed which naturally effected the rest of my schedule for that day. more

We have always had a pleasant experience at Gentle Dental. It is sad that we only know Miss Pat who is our hygenist. The receptionist is so pleasant whenever we are there. She even knows that we only will see Miss Pat and calls us if we are scheduled with another hygenist. They take really good care of us and we appreciate them. Kudos to all of you from a person who doesn't like the Dentist it makes it easier to go with such wonderful people working for you. Thank You so much!!!!!!!!!! more

I was in Ann Arbor for 5 years, but only discovered Gental Dental in the last couple years I was there. I've been very impressed by their service. They are fast, efficient, friendly, professional. The dental hygienist always takes time to answer my questions and do a little teaching, which I appreciate very much. The 2 hygienists I've worked with have been very thorough, and I always leave feeling like my teeth are VERY clean. They always explain things as I do them. I've needed dental work once at Gentle Dental -- they used numbing swabs prior to injecting the lidocaine - worked great, painless! I now live 4 hrs away, but have had such a great experience that I'm happy to try to schedule a dental visit when I'm visiting Ann Arbor on a weekend (oh, and the weekend and evening hours are such a great service to their patients!) more

I totally recommend Gentle dental. I know there is nothing gentle about getting your teeth cleaned and having all those tartars and plaques removed by a dental professional, but if you have to, (you should at least every 6months) do it at gentle dental. They treat you like a person from the beginning to the end. No long waits or delays. Plus the place is hi-tech. They have all the equipments in the rooms or very close by. You get to review your X-rays and other imaging studies as you are being treated. That is if you want or need to. Being a health care provider myself, that was important to me. So check them out, you’ll be glad u did. Plus you get your free travel size toothpaste, floss and toothbrush, just in time for my travel. How convenient. lol more
