Nice people and they really know their way around computers! However, when the phone rings 25 times and goes unanswered or they call back several days after you leave a message there is reason for concern, especially if your computer is sitting in their garage. Being very good at what you do and running a business are two different things. more

Today we used Seek A Geek in Yorktown Heights for the first time and were over the top impressed with the service and price. My husband wanted to take our ""dead"" computer to a much larger competitor--""B.B. on Route 6 in Cortlandt Town Center""--and they wanted to charge $180 just to look at it and diagnose it!! Before he did that, I had gotten a tip about Seek A Geek and suggested he go there first. He drove over with the CPU and within an hour or so, they had it fixed and ready to go for a fraction of the cost. I know each situation is different depending on the severity of the problem but, for what we needed, Seek a Geek was perfect. They were courteous, friendly and professional.
