Never paid late, took care of facility, maintained and lived cleaner than 90% if the population (just being real), no pets, one teenage child, 2 year tenant. Had a cleaning service do a make ready and can't begin to tell you how spotless it was left aside from the usual expected traffic for carpet...hello, it is carpet. Paid to have laminate flooring installed in 1/2 of unit for surplus charge of 85/mth. Due to traffic (Henderson), tenant changes (lived on 3rd floor so passed more and more unsavories along the way), construction (281/1604)-- was shocked to find rent would be going up with renewal. Called the manager and listed the concerns and shock and her reply was ""and you want me to do something helpful for you after you list complaints?""... how do you respond that?? I began looking, they will NOT give tenant history unless you turn in notice (forced to cut ties before you have a place to go) and just received a 490.00 due within 10 days for move out costs! I had a make ready service clean apartment and aside from carpet cleaning (cost of doing business as apartment complex) should be getting my full deposit back... heck even replaced drip pans. LOUSY management attitue, rampant break ins, high rent and full on assault at move out or concerns expressed. Move out reason is listed as buying a home, I assure you that was not the case and even clarified with staff when turning in the keys...for which I haven't been credited my gate key deposits.
