This store has such potential it is a shame to rate it so low. Location is good, selection is also good. The store literally has too much stuff in it. If you need cheap they have it, if you need nice they can get it. Store hours are such that most anyone can get there after work or on the weekend. The problem is the people. The laborers appear to be picked up at the soup kitchen on a daily basis. Very unprofessional looking and certainly not the type of people you want in your home, much less knowing where you live because they may come back later to shop if you know what I mean. Even worse, at least in my book, is the professional staff who are allowed to be in the office. They act like they are doing you a favor by selling you their goods. I have spent a lot of money in the place and always feel as if they didn't care whether I shop there or not. more

The store's layout was quite crowded and hard to walk in at times. The staff wasn't all that friendly and it is just like any other furniture store really. While looking around I found better deals at other stores and much friendlier people to help me, but I will give them this. They had a very nice selection. more
