Mistakes that this bank made 11/25/2009

I called SSFC and requested a pay amount for my truck loan and found out that they could not release information if a diliquency is present on my account. I did have a delinquency before the loan, I paid the delinquency off in full on Feb 2009 to obtain the loan. I then found out today that it was not written off thier books. Now if i don't find my reciept i am going to have to pay it off ONCE Again. This is not fair to me or any customer. I may be out of $118.18 with christmas around the corner this would hurt me and my family. Pros: Got a loan for my truck Cons: Costly human error by bank more

I would not bank here 5/9/2006

Security Service Federal Credit Union was very dissapointing to do business with in some very big areas they would not make adjustments for bank error and were impossible to communicate with,we have had to take them to court. Cons: communication, knowledge more
