my experience with this company has been great until 2 months ago this company has had no respect for me and my business i just recently lost my job and i have 2 payments left so money is hard right now 2 weeks ago i got a call from them asking me if i am going to make a payment on the 27th and i said no i just lost my job and i have no money to pay it so i checked my bank account today and to my surprise i was negative in the bank 369.48 i called them and asked for my money back plus the 25 for the overdraft fee from the bank they told me they couldn't help me unless i sent them a bank statement stating the they took it out even though they know thay tooke it out this is the worst auto loan place on earth im doing business with these idiots again and neither should you more

I have a auto loan through them and all was well until I unexpectantly was not paid and called them immediately to let them know I would be a few days late. Before I could get the payment to them good they had tacked on late charges that were ridiculous, late charges that were higher than what I actually owed them, even after my payment was made. So becuase I didn't pay the astronaumical charges they have me last for almost a year on my credit report when I am not late on any payment! They will call your phone 7 or 8 times a day and please trust me I am not exaggerating! Then when you try to talk to their representatives to bring some resolution, you have people who speak to you like trash and WILL get loud and disrespectful in your ear. This is not the company you want to use, you want peace of mind especially the way the economy is that if you are late for any reason or anything unexpected comes up, that your company will work with you, especially if its a first time. They WILL NOT and THEY WILL DISRESPECT YOU AT THE SAME TIME! yOU DON'T NEED THE STRESS....go somewhere else!! more
