They get no stars... First they do auto loans double the value of the car. Then they call after the car is totaled and the payment has always been on time but is now 6 days late threatening to take my son to court. He has always paid 200.00 each month and his payment was actually only 184 and some change. They use illegal threatening practices. Let people know do NOT use this type of lender. more

I understand this place is for high risk loans. My son doesn't have credit and ended up with them. The problem is, he tried paying early and they refused to take his payment. Their letter states he can prepay without penalty but now they won't let him prepay. First they threatened saying he's violating the terms of their contract after he did what he was supposed to. He had to call to prove he wasn't in violation before they'd stop harassing him. Then the prepayment problem. Now they're holding his check but refuse to apply it to his account which is due in 4 days. I feel they are trying their hardest to repo the vehicle he just got last month. This is ridiculous! One month and he's already been threatened and harassed twice. I've dealt with many loan companies and have never found one this bad. High risk loans or not, no one deserves to be harassed, threatened, and disrespected. Especially not for doing the right thing. more

If you have an option, avoid this place like the plague! They've harassed me about things that were already taken care of and tried to change the terms of our contract without even talking to me about it. I regret using them and have tried paying off my loan early but they won't let me even though their letter says I can. Like I said, avoid them like the plague. more

Security Capital is great! Everyone there is super nice!! I have never had any problems with them at all and I'm almost 3 yrs into my loan. They are a high risk lender...which means that all of us losers that are forced to do business with them wouldn't have our cars if it weren't for them because all the other lenders turned us down. Give them a break! Just pay on time each month and if you can't don't avoid them as is your habit...hence the BAD credit; and you won't have any problems either! Honestly! If you were lending your money to someone with a track record for not paying your bills, wouldn't you harrass the crap out of them when they don't pay? YES, you definitely would! more
